The hous hummus

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½-1 cup cold-pressed olive oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • ½-1 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • Salt & peber


Here is how you do it::

Blend all at a dough. Good for chicken and vegetables. The mixture remains in the fridge for a few days, but it can also be frozen.

Homemade tomato sauce
1 serving

Blend: ½ tomato, 2-3 pieces. sun-dried tomatoes (dried), ½ red bell pepper, ½ garlic cloves, a little red chili. Then add 1 tbsp. cold pressed olive oil, ½ tsp. dried oregano, ½ tbsp. fresh basil, ¼ cup grated parmesan.

Your own salsa
4 servings

  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ small yellow onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Coarse Ground black pepper
  • ½ cup basil, shredded

Here is how you do it:

Rinse and share the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and cut the tomato flesh into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion finely. Mix olive oil with red wine vinegar, honey, coarsely ground black pepper and. salt in a bowl. Turn tomatoes and onions and squeeze the garlic cloves in. The salsa is best if it is allowed to stand cold for about 1 hour. Turn a little shredded basil and serve the room temperate.

Tips! tomato cores can be stored in the refrigerator for at a later date to be used either in pots or juicer.
