Forever Arctic Sea

For heart and head

Forever Arctic Sea™ is designed to mimic a diet rich in fish and seafood. It contains a combination of the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, both of which contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also helps to maintain normal function in the brain.

Who is it for?

Oily fish is an important source of omega-3 fatty acids, but not everyone likes the taste. Forever Arctic Sea™ is for everybody, especially those who are aware they don’t each as much fish and seafood as they ought to according to current recommendations.

Good fats

Omega-3 is one of the essential fatty acids, a very important group of substances for our bodies. They are as important as vitamins, minerals and amino acids in helping our body to function properly, throughout our lives. EPA and DHA are long chain omega-3 fatty acids which can be found in oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines and herring. Forever Arctic Sea™ contains our very own combination of EPA and DHA from fish oil and squid oil. Both the fish and the squid oil come from Friend of the Sea-certified suppliers, in the name of sustainability.

For heart and head – and vision

Forever Arctic Sea™ contains equal amounts of DHA and EPA, thereby providing a well-balanced ratio of these polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. DHA helps to maintain normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA both contribute to the normal function of the heart.  Forever Arctic Sea™ also contains olive oil.

Maintaining the balance between omega-3 and omega-6

Since there is often more omega-6 than omega-3 in the food we eat today, we generally get far more omega-6 than omega-3. Different fatty acids have different functions in the body, though, and since omega-3 and omega-6 fats work together, it’s important that we get just the right amount of each.

More info

Omega-3 containing two different fatty acids, EPA and DHA. It was they, as the Danish professor Jørn Dyerberg helped to name. It took place in Greenland in the 1970s when it was discovered that the country's inutitter rarely affected by diseases such as atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction. And as soon as a clear relationship between Inuit good health and their diet of oily fish, which among other things contains omega-3 fats. Ever since the discovery of these vital substances, the research continues. Today there are many clinical studies and meta-analyzes, proving numerous health effects of omega-3. That's all this research and documentation which forms the basis for the health claims that we can now use.
The first is that DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision, and the other is that both EPA and DHA contribute to the heart's normal function.

How do you get these useful substances in it
Omega-3 is a group of fatty acids, but it is the fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are in fish, which is coupled to an improved health. Fish has always been part of the human diet and has had a key role in our development even on the mental level. This has meant that today we have the better, and we work best when we eat a lot of fish and get the important nutrients that fish can give us.
For those who can not or will eat fat two to three times w week, fish oil of fine quality a good alternative.

Missing vegetarians omega-3
Although the content of omega-3 in the blood is lower in vegetarians, it does not work for them to be affected more often from heart disease or dementia than those who are vegetarians. It may be that they eat a lot of green leafy vegetables that contain plant omega-3, or that they generally live a little healthier - it's hard to say.

Forever Arctic Sea, containing omega-3 in the form of EPA and DHA from fish oil (anchovy, salmon and cod), and oil from squid and provides a well-balanced ratio of these fatty acids. The fish are caught in the cleanest arctic cold water areas, hence the name (Arctic Sea). It also contains olive oil. The new capsules are less than those previously (Forever Omega 3), which makes them easier to swallow. They also have a fresh taste of lemon and lime and no aftertaste of fish.

The interest in this exciting supplements is enormous, is logical. For despite the fact that the foundation of good health should be on balanced diet should be much to so that we get enough of the healthy fats. Therefore, the vast majority of the use of fish oil as a food supplement.
